EKONID, the German-Indonesian Chamber of Industry and Commerce, is part of the worldwide German Chamber Network. One of the main tasks of EKONID is to establish business relations between German and Indonesian companies and to promote trade.

01. Journalist / Editor
Requirements:
• Practical experience in Media as a Journalism (min 3-5 years)
• Excellent writing ability in Bahasa and English
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Background S1 in Economics preferred
• Self motivated, ability to research economic topics and write clearly
• Ability to coordinate production process and 3rd party contribution
• Able to operate MS Office

02.Assistant of Membership & Events/Receptionist Staff
Key Accountabilities:
As Assistant of Membership and Events Department you will actively support the Head of Membership and Events Department in the main business activities such as the organization of events, seminars/workshops and membership reports. Furthermore, you will support the team in all areas of administrative matters.

As a Receptionist you will be responsible for welcome all customers visiting, calling or (e-)mailing EKONID in a professional, friendly and helpful way offering and providing support. You will manage EKONID’s Front Desk based on the instructions of the Head of Membership and Events Department and will be responsible for all activities at the Front Desk.

Requirements:
• Female, min. 30 years old
• Graduate min. D3 from reputable University or vocational school degree in hospitality
• Fluent in English verbally and written
• Fluent in German verbally and written would be an asset
• Min. 3 years experience in similar position including events and reception skills/multi-national organization
• Knowledge of computer program (Windows, Ms. Office)
• Excellent organization and time-management skills, ability to multitask, attention to details
• Ability to work independently as well as within the team
• Effective interpersonal communication skills, being articulate and clear in person and on the telephone
• Knowledge in advertisement and printing process
• Proactive and problem solving, remain calm and professional under pressure

03. FINANCE STAFF
Requirements:
• Graduate min S1 from reputable University, majoring in Accounting / Finance.
• Having experience in Finance and Taxation.
• Having good knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and Word.
• Fluent in English, verbally and written.
• Good analytical skill, dedicated and accurate.
• Min 3 years experienced in similar position.
• German language is an advantage (July13/p6).
